Lead Equity & Data Decisions

We help leaders interrogate existing policies, programs, systems, and structures that may perpetuate inequities. We also support teams in building consensus on their shared commitments and developing actions plans to execute.  This approach pulls from and Shared Equitable Leadership principles

Promote Quality of Life

We believe that leaders and organizations are only as good as the people who work to support them. Prioritizing wellness and well-being are mission critical factors that often get overlooked. We help leaders learn how to assess, educate, and implement strengths-based approaches to improve quality of workplace culture and work life balance. This approach is based on Gallup Strengths Finder 2.0 and The 10 Essential Public Health Services Framework.
